Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.Job Description: Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain MPCS system validation plans aligned with program gateway milestones. - Define validation scope, test strategies, and acceptance criteria for new features and system releases. - Coordinate laboratory, HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop), endurance, integration, and field validation activities. - Support validation of software releases, firmware updates, network communications, HMI functionality, and control algorithms. - Track validation progress and ensure timely completion of test activities.Education & Experience Required: - Years of experience: 2-4 Years- Degree requirement: Bachelor's degree in: Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline.- Do you accept internships as job experience: Yes- Are there past or additional job titles or roles that would provide comparable background to this role: Belcan is an equal opportunity employer.
