SUPPLY TECHNICIAN (OA)

You will serve as a Supply Technician (Office Automation) in the Aviation Supply Department STRIKE FIGHTER WING PACIFIC STAFF.


  • You will provide direction, planning, technical, and administrative functions for the operation relating to Retrograde management.
  • You will maintain control and custody of critical Aviation Depot Level Repairable (AVDLR) and Field Level Repairable (FLR) which directly supports on and off station aircraft readiness.
  • You will expedite and assemble within the Fleet Reediness Center West (FRCW) and CSFWP and the bit piece parts associated with them.
  • You will review method changes, policies and procedures as they are incorporated and provides status reports and reconciliations on customer requirements.
  • You will manage the AWP lockers within CCS ensuring that AWP and Gear in Shop (GIS) procedures are in accordance with the Supply Operations Manual (SOM).
  • You will update and maintain ERP and Naval Aviation Logistics Command Information System (NALCOMIS) files, monitors output and reconciles NALCOMIS discrepancies.
  • You will resolve problems and provide expert advice when dealing with repairable components.

Requirements

This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Your response to the typing skill question on the Occupational Questionnaire will be used in your qualification determination. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector utilizing supply system databases to track requisitions, inventory or equipment availability for supply services or inventory operations.
