Job Summary and Qualifications

What qualifications you will need:

· You will collaborate and coordinate the patient’s care including discharge planning needs and readiness for discharge with other members of the health care team.

· You will ensure all requisitions and Physician orders are entered.

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the front desk and Ancillary areas in Radiology.

· You will act a liaison to the Radiation Safety Officer, Imaging Medical Director, and Interventional Radiology by assisting with scheduling, data abstracting, and office duties.

· You will appropriately allocate staff that are qualified and competent based on approved staffing patterns, staff capabilities, patient populations and technology.

· Will assist the day-to-day coordination of the Imaging department, and organization of department operations, files, and calendar as determined by the Director You will coach staff to meet the expectations of quality patient care and professional behavior in a timely manner.
