You will ensure equipment reliability, minimizes downtime drive continuous improvement and manage the planning and execution of capital projects.Responsibilities:* Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance program.* Ensure high equipment reliability and minimize unplanned downtime.* Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis efforts for equipment failures.* Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as uptime, mean time between failures (MTBF), and maintenance costs.* Manage maintenance planning and scheduling to optimize workforce efficiency.* Oversee spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets.Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in any Engineering discipline.* 7 + years' of experience in operation maintenance or engineering field with 3 + years of supervisory role in the department.* Experience with planning, scheduling and leading projects.* Able to use Auto Desk or equivalent software* Experience with CMMS, SAP, Maximo, MicroMain, etc.If you are interested in this role, please apply via the apply now link provided.
